Cowryman provides a limited warranty for five years from the original purchase date. Coverage applies to the original purchase.

What the Warranty Covers

The warranty covers manufacturing issues, functional failure, and non-user-caused damage during normal use.

If a claim is approved, Cowryman may provide replacement parts, repair, or product replacement, depending on the issue and available service options. Cowryman covers standard shipping for approved warranty service.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal cutter wear
• Misuse or improper use
• Accidents
• Unauthorized modification
• Lost parts
• Cosmetic wear that does not affect function

How to Request Warranty Support

1. Contact Cowryman before sending anything back.
2. Provide your order number or other proof of purchase.
3. Identify your Router Plane model and selected configuration.
4. Describe the issue clearly.
5. Provide photos, video, or other diagnostic information when requested.
6. Wait for troubleshooting or service instructions before returning a product.

Not every claim qualifies for repair, replacement parts, or product replacement. We will review the information provided and explain the available next step.

Outside the Warranty Period

For user-caused damage or requests outside the warranty period, selected replacement parts may be available for a reasonable fee. Parts availability is not guaranteed.
